If you cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees or you may choose to transfer your session to another date at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% charge to cover resource preparation. To request a cancellation or transfer, please submit your request through our contact form within the specified time frame. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval.

4.2 Information Products

Given the immediate access and delivery of digital materials, information products are non-refundable once access has been granted. This policy ensures the integrity and security of our content. Please review product previews carefully before purchase.

4.3 Goods

You may send back unused physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full credit of the purchase price. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To arrange a send-back, contact us via our contact form to obtain an authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Credits will be applied to the original method of payment within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the items sent back.

6. Limitation of Liability
